Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PunDraft at www.pundraft.com and the PunDraftTwitch extension (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

PunDraft is an entertainment tool that uses AI to generate fantasy-football team names and related content. You can generate names anonymously; optional accounts let you save, rate, and claim names. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time.

AI-generated content

Names and explanations are generated by AI models and are provided for entertainment and comedic purposes. They may be irreverent, satirical, or unexpected, and may resemble existing names by coincidence. We make no guarantee that generated content is original, accurate, appropriate for every audience, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harassing, hateful, or abusive purposes;
• submit prompts intended to generate content that targets or demeans individuals or protected groups;
• attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits or security; or
• misrepresent the Service or use it in violation of Twitch’s terms when accessed as an extension.

We may remove content or restrict access that violates these Terms.

Accounts, claims, and points

Accounts are managed through our authentication provider; you are responsible for activity under your account. In-product features such as claimed names, “Pun Points,” achievements, and league standings are for entertainment only, have no cash value, and are not transferable or redeemable for money.

Twitch extension

When you use PunDraftas a Twitch extension, your use is also subject to Twitch’s terms and policies. The extension calls our public generation and rating endpoints; usage is anonymous and rate-limited. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch.

Intellectual property

The PunDraft name, site design, and software are owned by us. Player names, team references, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PunDraft and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
